- Shipments from our warehouses are prepared Monday through Friday.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
- No order preparation or deliveries take place on weekends or public holidays.
- Lighters are shipped empty, i.e. without gas, due to security regulations of parcel services.
- Orders of very large products exceeding the maximum allowed dimensions from UPS and DHL (e.g. very large humidor cabinets) are shipped using a forwarding agency. In these cases the shipping duration may vary. Shipping of these large products is to curbside, i.e. in front of the building, unless otherwise specified.
